Donation Policy & Application

The following are requirements for general donation requests:

Submission must be in writing on the organization’s letterhead. Letterhead must include:

• Address
• Organization’s federal non-profit ID number
• Event date and/or deadline to receive donation
• Solicitor’s name, email address and phone number
• A copy of the organization’s 501(c)(3) IRS Letter of Determination
• This completed Donation Request Form

In order for the request to be considered, please upload a PDF or Word file containing the above info (as part of filling in the form below). OR, you can drop off all required materials the next time you’re in shopping. All materials must be received by our Community Outreach Department 30 days prior to the event or deadline, whichever comes first. If your submission is not complete, we will be unable to process your request and you will need to resubmit it.

Generally Bow Street is able to approve one donation request per year per organization. This allows us to give a little bit to ALOT!

Bottle Redemption Program Donation Update:

Bow Street Market has been proud to support local nonprofit organizations through our Bottle Redemption Donation Program for many years. Due to operational changes and the repurposing of our bottle collection area, this community fundraising program will be discontinued in Spring 2026.

We are no longer accepting new applications.

We sincerely thank the many organizations and customers who have participated in and supported this effort. We remain committed to serving our community in meaningful ways and appreciate your understanding.
