Great salads, sandwiches and cookies.
Always a great visit. The meat department is head and shoulders above the local chain grocery store, and Ox Bow has a fine wine corner presided over by the super knowledgeable Paula and assistant Susan in addition to a wide variety of normally priced wines outside the corner. A twenty minute drive for me, worth it every time.
Excellent produce and meats, but you will pay a premium. They also have a very good local craft beer selection.
Great place. Deli sandwiches are delish. My first time there.
Bow Street is such a great place to shop for your grocery essentials AND pick up special baked goods, and nice meats and seafood! They also have a good wine selection and great hard alcohol aisle, along with lots of local baked goods, like Botto's bread! They also have a deli menu with hot and cold deli sandwiches, which are so tasty! They make them fresh to order and you can eat them at tables inside or outside the market. Definitely recommend Bow Street, even if you just swing by for some sandwiches and drinks!
Cute little market in Freeport! We were camping at wolfs neck oceanfront camping and came here several times for groceries. Super cute and well stocked! We were able to find everything we needed!
Cute little market on the south side of Freeport. Very busy when open. If your a truck driver stay left of store blindside back into docks. Store is actually located on school street at intersection of Bow and School.
My favorite supermarket! Beautiful parking lot hardscaping and landscaping. Lovely nearby park. Gorgeous building and design. Somehow they fit an incredible quantity of items is a somewhat smaller than average market. High quality butcher, seafood, and prepared food. Wine/beer selection is great. Dairy selection is great. Dry goods/ boxed/canned selection is great. Only thing is the produce is very limited. Limited, but still good.
Don't miss the meat section and ready to eat food. The best filled mushrooms everrrrre
