Reservations are encouraged, but we will have a variety of other turkeys available for walk-ins. Note that the photo above shows a cooked turkey, but all turkeys we sell are raw/uncooked. We don’t sell any cooked birds. * Plan 2-3 days to thaw in the fridge, or 5-9 hours in cold water.

These fresh turkeys are blast chilled for transport, so the outer layer may feel frozen. They're still fresh—just let them come to temperature before prep!

We will have an ample supplies of all of the sides listed below available in the Grab and Go case to make your shopping easier and faster. No more waiting for your order at the deli counter. Just grab what you want from the case, and… well, go.
